“Somedays I feel like I’m barely breathing.” “I’m feeling the weight of work/home/family.” “I’m not sure how much longer I can go at this pace. I feel like maybe I’ve gone the distance.”
My Sojourn co-creator Cranla Warren and I have heard these statements verbatim from women executive clients whom we coach. Smart, emotionally intelligent, accomplished leaders – they are doing all they can to stay above water as they lead their teams with strength of vision and purpose.
As former executive women leaders and coaches to current leaders, we know the need and the benefit of having the right developmental space for women in senior leadership. The global data around retention and engagement of top women talent are clear. There is a strong need for a new type of developmental experience. There is nothing out there in the executive development space like Sojourn. This is not a spa “retreat”. This is not a typical executive conference where people hear interesting ideas. Rather, this is an experience that is grounded in brain-baised learning design, best practices in adult development, and in sustainable change. It is industry, sector, and geographically open to all. It is a place where we intentionally build community and connection among senior women leaders.

At Sojourn, women in leadership will gather for a 4-day developmental and transformative event where they focus on their personal and professional leadership development. Through curated experiences and a customized action plan, retreat participants will return to their leadership roles with renewed energy, perspective, and approach to leading that will fuel them. We are excited to have you join us.
