Vicki Gordan
As a versatile and visionary leader, I have deep experience running operations, strategy, and finance sectors.
Following my initial role as Investment Counsel, I have demonstrated collaborative leadership in corporate strategy, M&A, finance, and operations. I built a portfolio of varied and critical skills; developed a reputation as a thought leader and insightful strategist who delivers results; envisioned and implemented business transformations; exhibited a committed and effective investment in people; and performed as a skilled negotiator.
A sample of my business achievements include:
• Conducting market assessments of Japan and China
• Selling a multi-billion-dollar business, and bringing a failing business to profitability and tripling its revenue in less than two years
• Managing an international team and infusing data science, process automation, and a metrics-driven approach into the Global Audit function
