Who We Are
A trusted group of executive coaches and organizational strategy consultants who partner with organizations to drive lasting business impact.
Sandhya Pathak
For over 15 years, Sandhya worked in brand marketing and creative advertising, becoming an Executive and Partner at an independent advertising agency. She earned a reputation as a trusted strategic advisor, anchoring complex client relationships and navigating high-stakes, fast-paced projects for iconic Fortune 500 brands including Google, Netflix, Comcast, and Walmart. Throughout her marketing career, she’s helped brands big and small uncover what makes them unique, shape their narrative, and confidently express it in the world.

Today, Sandhya brings that same spirit to her coaching practice: helping leaders strip away the corporate noise to determine their strengths and values, define and evolve their own brand of leadership, and activate it in their organizations to unlock their next level of impact.
Working with Sandhya means having a grounded, curious thought partner. She combines practical experience with coaching rigor to thoughtfully challenge and champion her clients. Her coaching is built for leaders operating in high-pressure environments, helping them navigate ambiguity and change, transition from execution to impact, and amplify their influence to drive business results while staying true to themselves.
Sandhya holds a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, where she also earned certifications in Organizational and Leadership Coaching and Designing for Organizational Effectiveness. Having earned her Bachelor’s from Babson College in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, she is always looking for the unique angles and untapped potential that others may overlook.
Sandhya lives in Los Angeles with her husband, son, and their dog. Outside of coaching, she loves to travel and has made a tradition of running a half-marathon in a different city every year. She loves embracing new challenges and seeking out fresh perspectives to stay curious both in life and in her coaching practice.
