Keegan has held several leadership roles at MetLife, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen leadership pipelines, build inclusive manager capabilities, and launch an AI-enabled talent marketplace to better align employee skills with organizational needs. She also designed and scaled leadership development programs, led MetLife’s executive coaching practice, and drove strategic learning solutions to prepare employees for the changing world of work. Keegan holds a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University. She completed her Leadership and Performance Coaching certification through Brown University’s School of Professional Studies and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
