Jessica Grossman

Jessica Grossman is a Leadership Coach, Team Facilitator, and Organizational
Development Partner known for helping leaders and teams cut through complexity,
build resilience, and perform at their best—especially in high-pressure, fast-changing
environments.

With over a decade of experience, Jessica brings a unique blend of deep theoretical grounding and practical application, challenging clients to think differently, act intentionally, and align their decisions with both their values and desired outcomes.

Equal parts philosopher and practitioner, Jessica works across industries—from construction and finance to technology—supporting leaders in navigating ambiguity, strengthening team dynamics, and building sustainable performance. Her approach is rooted in helping individuals develop stronger relationships not only with their teams, but also with themselves and the stress that surrounds them—creating clarity, confidence, and lasting impact.

Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, where she also earned a certification in Organizational and Leadership Coaching. She is certified in Team Coaching through Brown University and currently teaches Team Dynamics at Northwestern, equipping future leaders with the skills to collaborate and lead effectively in complex environments.

Beyond her professional work, Jessica fosters dogs, coaches her children’s soccer team, enjoys time on the golf course, and hosts a leadership podcast—bringing her
curiosity about people and performance into every aspect of her life. Jessica’s philosophy is simple yet powerful: she helps high performers discover who they are when the scoreboard goes dark—so they can lead with clarity, purpose, and resilience when it matters most.
