As an experienced Executive Coach and Organizational Consultant, Janet specializes in individual coaching, change management, and team development.
She focus on creating a partnership with her clients based on trust, openness, honest feedback, integrity and respect. Janet places great importance on helping individuals and teams reach their business objectives by assisting them in identifying goals, recognizing and addressing strengths as well as weaknesses, and developing clear processes in order to achieve desired results.
Additionally, Janet has expertise in designing and leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion engagements to include all stages of DEI. This includes the way in which DEI touches on each aspect of the business cycle which ultimately impacts productivity and revenue.
Janet has worked in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors equally successfully; this helps demonstrate her ability to understand the business culture quickly and recognize differing needs accordingly.
