Finley MacDonald-Bora
Finley is an administrative professional with a varied background with skills across
multiple industries. He excels at refining systems and aiding his workplaces in
achieving peak performance.
Having worked in various levels of client-facing positions, Finley knows that the most
important part of the client experience is clear-cut communication that keeps all sides
informed and involved. He prioritizes keeping an open line of communication and
ensuring that the client feels confident and looped in at all parts of the process.
Prior to the Plager group, Finley worked in fine art framing, and has experience in
specialty retail and luxury hospitality. His diverse résumé has helped him create a
strong ethos of organization, detail-oriented management, and streamlined processes.
Finley lives in Chicago. In his spare time, he likes to ride his bike.
