Dr. Cranla Warren
Organizational Psychologist, External Facilitator – Toronto Metropolitan University
Dr. Cranla Warren is a Leadership Coach, Organizational Psychologist, Instructor, and Leadership Consultant known for her deeply human, equity-informed approach to leadership. She specializes in supporting executives, emerging leaders, and teams to lead with emotional intelligence, integrity, and clarity.

Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Walden University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Professional Leadership from Western University, Cranla integrates neuroscience, psychology, holistic coaching, and leadership science to guide leaders through complexity with courage and purpose. She also facilitates leadership learning sessions at Toronto Metropolitan University and co-founded Sojourn, an offsite retreat and community for women in leadership.
Cranla is especially passionate about helping clients navigate leadership transitions, build psychologically safe and inclusive cultures, and sustain well-being while leading others. She is known for journeying with clients who experience transformative coaching experiences. A former clinician in adult mental health and Vice President of Leadership Development at the Institute for Health and Human Potential, Cranla brings close to 30 years of leadership experience across sectors. She holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence, The Three Conversations of Leadership, Barrett Values, Principles of Ethical Influence and Persuasion, and Mental Health First Aid. Cranla is recognized for creating spaces of deep trust where personal growth and leadership breakthroughs unfold.
