Dr. Cranla Warren

Dr. Cranla Warren is an Organizational Psychologist, Leadership Specialist, Educator, and Executive Coach who helps leaders deepen self-awareness, strengthen emotional intelligence, and lead with greater authenticity, courage, and impact. With over 30 years of experience in leadership development, organizational psychology, and human behavior, Cranla brings a rare combination of psychological insight, strategic thinking, and heartfelt practicality to her work.

Cranla’s coaching philosophy is grounded in a simple yet powerful belief: we lead from who we are. She partners with leaders to explore not only what they do, but who they are becoming, helping them align their values, strengths, and behaviors to create sustainable success for themselves, their teams, and their organizations.

Her background as a former psychotherapist, senior leadership development executive, Corporate Vice President and organizational consultant allows her to integrate deep personal insight with the realities of leading in today’s demanding workplaces.
