Donna Winfrey has dedicated her career to one enduring focus: helping leaders grow. As a certified professional coach (PCC, CPCC) and certified senior human resource professional (SHRM-SCP), she brings deep organizational experience and genuine coaching expertise to every engagement.
Over two decades inside Fortune 500 and global organizations across technology, energy, and managed services, Donna worked at the center of leadership development. She designed and led leadership development initiatives, ran succession planning and executive talent review processes, and served as a trusted advisor to senior leaders navigating the real complexities of their roles. She also led her own high-performing teams. When her clients face the pressures of organizational change, difficult team dynamics, or the weight of stepping into a new leadership role, she brings the perspective of someone who has worked those challenges from the inside.
Donna’s coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that lasting organizational impact starts with the leader. Donna earned an MBA from UCLA and an MA in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. Outside of work, she is an avid reader, animal lover, and longtime Broadway in Hollywood season ticketholder. Based in Los Angeles, CA, she partners with clients nationwide.
