Christina’s approach is grounded in real-world experience managing Fortune 1000 clients, influencing executive decision-makers, and leading cross-functional teams – all in fast-paced environments where client expectations often exceeded product capabilities. She’s lived the challenges her clients face: the pressure to perform, the exhaustion of grind culture, the struggle to balance career ambition with being present at home. Determined to find a better way to lead, she returned to Northwestern University to formalize her expertise, earning her Master’s in Learning and Organizational Change along with certifications in coaching and organizational effectiveness.
