I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I’m a certified
Leadership, Inclusion, and Retirement coach. I’m certified in a number of assessment tools including,
Leadership Circle Profile, Immunity to Change, Hogan Assessment, COMMTT Inclusive Behavior
Framework, and Myers-Briggs.
I have 20+ years of experience in leadership, coaching and consulting roles. I’ve led cross functional teams and worked in 10+ countries in industries including manufacturing, technology, aerospace, healthcare, financial services, energy, education, business services and governmental.
A representative list of organizations where I’ve served in Human Resources leadership or coaching/consultative roles includes, EY, PWC, Prudential Insurance, Oklahoma Health Care Authority, AHA, Kraft Foods, Northwestern University, Baxter Healthcare, Levi Strauss and The Hay Group.
I’m also the author of the book: Craft & Own Your Career, The Zero Fluff Guide To Ignite Your Purpose and Map Your Path.
