Alexis Gladstone
Known for her practical, direct, and engaging style, Alexis creates a coaching experience that balances support with accountability. She asks thoughtful questions, offers candid observations, and helps clients examine the assumptions, habits, and patterns that may be limiting their effectiveness. Having worked with leaders across a wide range of industries and companies of all sizes, she has found that leaders face the same questions about communication, trust, influence, accountability, and growth.

Alexis holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Outside her professional work, she is an avid traveler, enjoys theater and the arts, and believes strongly in the importance of generosity, service, and giving time to others. These experiences continue to shape her perspective on leadership, relationships, and personal growth.
